Terumasa HINO Sensei was born in 1983. He started practicing Aikido at university in 2002.
In 2008 he became the Aikido instructor at AIKIKAI Aikido World Headquarters.

At the moment HINO Sensei is teaching adult beginner classes and kids classes (from 5 to 15 years of age) at AIKIKAI Hombu dojo in Tokyo. Also, he teaches Aikido classes in some Universities, activity clubs, high school activity clubs and culture centers in Japan.

HINO Shihan is regularly teaching abroad, he has led the seminars in such countries as United States, UK, Romania, Mongolia and Italy.

In 2025 the IAF Internationals Youth seminar in Italy, Bardonecchia gathered around 130 young Aikido participants and Youth instructors. The event was appreciated both by young aikidokas and instructors, the seminar was very inspiring, filled with so much learning and growth. Honed the techniques, pushed the limits and connected with fellow Aikidoka from many countries.
